Lots of dining options near by. 5 minutes walk to the U banh subway, 3 stops from Marienplatz, Downtown Munich. Good location to the English Garden. We were pleased with the room, very clean bathrooms, good comfortable beds, quiet. We would stay there again.

The hotel staff were OK, always seemed busy. Took a while to check us in as there were several phone calls and only one person at the desk. When we were leaving, no one was at the front desk, so we just left the room keys there.

People at the hotel were really friendly.

We swtiched rooms because the AC didn't work and it was very noisy because they gave us a room with street view: The bed was two beds as a honeymoners you spect to sleep in the same bed with your wife. My wife and I told them about it and they have us a diffent room, a smaller room but at least the AC work and it wasn't that noisy, but still we two beds.

Conveniently located in Schwabing, just north of Münchener Freiheit. Friendly personnel and accurate information on public transportation. Good breakfast and appreciated tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

Felt almost like at home, no complaints whatsoever.

the rooms turned out to be silent and modern with extra bed for child and baths, as for instance. i truly enjoyed the large breakfast served with more food than anyone could ask for. amazing friendly staff was available all the time.

In general my opinion about hotel internet service: To be as free or included as the free towels. Most customers are business travellers and need this kind of service for their work. As they are working via internet they need a stable streaming line, not one interrupting every five minutes. To work via internet line does not always starts with the condition I know for how many hours I need to work. Depends on the mailbox in located at the company office. Mercur internet was indicating as low speed as 600k/sek. (= 1.0 Mb/37 minutes) Very slow. This time the M3 provider deliver a service corresponds one 26 modem. A simple router with QOS (quality of service enabled) should perform the service your hotel guests has paid.

Functional hotel, it has modern rooms and favourable location. It has a fantastic bar and fantastic friendly and super-friendly staff. There is a good attached restaurant, serving delicious dishes.

I had a great stay at Mercure Hotel Munchen-Schwabing. The location was perfect, close to the U-bahn station and only a short walk from the city center. The room was clean and comfortable, with a functional bathroom. The highlight of my stay was the peaceful garden at the rear of the hotel, where I could relax with a glass of wine. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its value for money and excellent amenities.

I liked the location of the hotel. Just a few minutes walk from the subway and tram. Plenty of restaurants nearby. For a little exercise you can walk to Marianplatz without much effort.

The room was rather small but as a solo traveler very adequate. No wash cloth is provided. The WiFi internet is not free but can be used for a few euros or you can use the terminal in the lobby for free. The staff was not overly friendly but did answer my questions.

Washbasin too small. Drain plug damaged. Water drains too slowly. This was reported but it was not seen to.

My Xmas stay at this hotel was amazing! The breakfast was always on point with a great variety of food and drinks to choose from. , the location was great, very close to public transportation and in a key location to explore the city. Another advantage was the cleanliness of the rooms and the great views from the top floor.

The internet connection could be improved as it was pretty slow and frustrating to use at times. the front desk staff could be a bit more friendly and outgoing to make guests feel more welcome.

The hotel was very expensive for what was a basic offering.we got a travel Lodge but paid a 4* price.

Our recent stay at a well-located hotel in Munich exceeded our expectations. The hotel is situated in a nice area, just a short tram ride to the subway station, which makes getting around the city very convenient. The room was very clean and recently renovated, and the breakfast was quite good. The staff was courteous and welcoming, and the service was prompt. We especially appreciated the fast check-in and check-out process. Another advantage was the nearby park, which was great for running.

The TV in our first floor room was quite outdated and had few channels in English to choose from.
